Asa is a handsome dark red male. He was born in December of 2000. Asa is full of life & can be quite a handful. In the show ring Asa really struts his stuff for the judge. Asa has Best of Breed placements from the classes over specials. After becoming a champion in April 2002 (with his 3rd major!) Asa was shown sparingly and received a Group 2 and a Group 3. Asa was Chow Chow Club Inc's #10 Chow for breed points for the year 2003.

Asa Goes BOB Over Specials !
Asa went Winners Dog, Best of Winners, and Best of Breed at the January 2002 show in Tallmadge, Ohio. He won a 3 point major. All this at just over 1 year old! Thanks to Mr. Connolly (judge) for this nice win.

Asa Goes Group 3 !
Asa had a wonderful weekend in May! On Saturday he went Best of Breed and on to a Group 3. The next day he went Best of Breed again and won a Group 2!! Thank you judges for recognizing his many qualities, and thank you to the cheering section! |

Asa is a winner in two countries !
Asa goes Best of Winners the weekend of the Canadian National chow specialty. He was also Reserve Winners Dog at the Maple Leaf chow specialty.
